Refund policy

Since all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after the order is placed.
