Production Time All orders are custom-made and require 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times (USA) Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time You can expect to receive your order within 5–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production and shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
